Shipping + Returns
Most packages ship out within 3-5 business days once you complete your order.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
We ship all packages by USPS flat rate mail. You will receive an email with your tracking number and can use this number to track your package
on the USPS website.
Please be advised that USPS does not update the tracking until the package arrives at your local post office, but be assured
that once you receive your tracking number, your package is on the way!
Diamonds & Dust Company cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather,
lost or stolen packages that have been marked delivered by the postal service, or service interruptions.
If you have any questions or concerns with your package once it has left our facility, please contact your local USPS office.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We offer in store credit for all returns/exchanges.
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
Sale items or specially marked items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If you need to return an item, please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached and in the same condition that you received it.
Please mail these back to our location in a package or bag.
If you are returning shoes please do not use the original shoe box as a shipping container. The shoes and shoe box must be placed inside of another box.
Return shipping charges are not covered by Diamonds & Dust and we will not accept any COD deliveries.
All refunds are issued as store credit that you can use at any time for any future purchase.
Due to the nature of our business, We may be unable to issue exchanges for the same item as our inventory changes daily.
If you have a received an item that is damaged or defective or a mistake was made on our part, please contact us by email at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can better assist you.
We will only offer a refund if the product is damaged or we make a mistake regarding your order, all other returns will be issued as store credit.
